A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment. The balance of the rental fee is due before delivery or pickup by customer. A delivery charge will be quoted based on location of delivery site, first or upper floor delivery, and size of delivery.Set up and take down service is available for an additional charge. We require mechanical candles in all of our candelabras. For weekend events, we deliver on Fridays and pick up on Monday. The responsibility for the rental items remains with the customer from the time of delivery or pick up to the time of return. We do charge replacement fee for missing, broken, or damaged items.
